Processing technology of PVC calendered film
Different processing techniques can be used for different membranes or when producing different products. Under certain conditions of membrane type, properties and various additives, the impact of processing technology on membrane performance is very significant. The processing technology of PVC calendered membrane is as follows:
(1) Injection molding: For thermoplastic films, the film particles are heated and melted in the injection molding machine and injected into the mold at high pressure and speed.
(2) Extrusion molding: The heated and melted film is extruded by the extruder and extruded into profiles of different shapes through different hole-shaped dies.
(3) Spraying process: Spray a plastic film layer on metal, non-metal panels and fiber mesh:

(4) Molding: For thermosetting films, plastic powder, flakes, and granular raw materials are put into the mold and heated and softened, then pressed and molded to cause chemical cross-linking and solidification:
(5) Lamination molding: After the layered reinforcing material is dip-coated with thermosetting resin, it is processed into laminated sheets, which are then pressurized and heated by a laminator to solidify them.
(6) Pouring molding: Pour the liquid film into the mold, allowing it to solidify and cool to form under normal or low pressure:
(7) Foam molding: Mechanical or chemical methods can be used to introduce a large number of tiny spherical bubbles into the plastic to produce a foam film with low volume density, good thermal insulation performance, and good sound absorption performance.
