There are several transportation standards for tarpaulins:

1. Return of tarpaulins for unloading trucks on dedicated lines and railways: After unloading, the consignee will arrange (clean, fold) the tarpaulins according to the rules within two days based on the "Truck Tarpaulin Handover Form" filled out by the freight forwarder of the dedicated line. In the station tarpaulin room, if the consignee fails to deliver the tarpaulin by the specified date, the tarpaulin extension fee shall be charged according to the regulations. Any part of one day shall be counted as one day.

2. If there is any abnormality, the consignee must unload the truck together with the dedicated line freightman.

3. It is prohibited to cut or damage the tarpaulin and ropes. If the tarpaulin is found to be lost or damaged due to the consignee's responsibility, or missing waist, side ropes, etc., follow the "Methods for Disposal of Damaged and Discarded Railway Tarpaulins".

4. Before using tarpaulins at the departure station, the quality should be checked one by one. When using a railway tarpaulin, fill in the tarpaulin number in the "Railway Truck Tarpaulin Number" column of the cargo waybill; when using your own tarpaulin, mark an "×" mark in the "Railway Truck Tarpaulin Number" column of the cargo waybill. , and check whether the shipper has written "Prepare your own tarpaulin × sheets" and the number in the "Shipper's Recorded Items" column of the cargo waybill.

5. Railway tarpaulins are used for loading on special lines and special railways: the freight forwarder of special lines and special railways fills out the "Truck Tarpaulin Handover Form" (in duplicate), and the shipper uses the "Truck Tarpaulin Handover Form" filled out by the freight forwarder of the special line. Go to the station to pick up the handover slip. And check each piece one by one (the cloth body is intact, not damaged, the eye circles are intact, the marks and numbers are intact and clear. The rope is complete, intact, without joints, firmly plugged in, and accurately connected to the tarpaulin), and check the number. After verification, the shipper fills in the tarpaulin number and the corresponding tarpaulin number with the "Truck Tarpaulin Handover Form" filled out by the canopy supervisor.
